According to Daphne you just substitute the Oil for the Mango Juice
so I am giving it a try

She will give you the full recipe I am sure I am just going to put some Balsamic vinegar with it so it wont be too sweet.

The C is baffling.

Shimms using your favouite vinaigrette recipe just replace the oil with mango juice. Much healthier and tastes great if you are really keen you could mash fresh mango in the blender but I would rather cut it up in the salad and use bottled juice for the dressing.Great with chicken or ham salads.

White cider vinegar is best if you have it.
