Sandy on the news tonight it said we are going to have 35C tomorrow so another hot day ahead. Today was 29 and the first time we have not had to have the aircon on for a change. I have had all the doors and windows open it is so nice to have fresh air going through the house. I did some housework this morning. Changed all the lounge room round again as hubby not happy where the new TV was. Too much glare from the window.
The worst part is taking all my stuff out of the Cabinet to move it. C Ds and video's and tapes etc. took me longer to do that than move things around and clean lol. Think I wore myself out that's why i fell alseep lol

Glad the snow is starting to melt for you I bet you will be glad to see the back of it.

Hi Jackie
Just a quick look in while i have my coffee ,been shopping for clothes today ,got a Valentine wedding reception to go tomorrow ,so picked Silver grey trousers with a long black and grey top ,with our weather i thought trousers would be warmer !

WhackyJackieInOz Report 13 Feb 2009 11:51

I had a single Magpie in my garden for a long time about 4 months. He would come on my patio every morning and actually take bread out of my hand. Then for some unknown reason he just dissapeared one day and never saw him again. I called him/her Maggie it would sit in the tree outside and I would just say come on Maggie and down it would fly

Well my reference says thats the year Sandie. I have just had a look and they were invented a little earlier but not available to the Genral public so they are giving the date as the invention 1906 when it was available

Hi Jackie ,Sandie and Mandy,
Hope you are all well today.
We have been busy the last few days and I think I have just about caught up for a while anyway.
Still mild here though warming up again still very smoky and bits of ash in the air .
