Well it was supposed to be 35C today but we have a nice surprise and it is overcast but only about 27C so much much cooler thanks Goodness
I did all my ironing this morning lol..

I am an Insomniac and don't sleep well and I have Osteoporosis in the Hips and I can't get comfortable. A Genes Member told me about a Mattress Topper so I went and bought one. I have had three weeks of good sleep since I bought it. It cradles the areas that are giving you problems

I put some more clues up for my Question

Do you have to get up at a certain time or is your time your own?

Have you children to worry about?

going to see if I can have a few hours sleep thank goodness

Have Grand daughter for the weekend shes 5 and keeps me on my toes

I know the feeling Jen 'My sons are 44 and 35 I still worry about them.
Grandchildren are lovely though I have three 21, 10 and 7.... I only see the little ones regularly as the eldest one lives 3 hours away.
I am also retired.
