	1939 Register for Thomas and Jessie Marigold, on Ancestry, has them mistranscribed as Mangold. I've submitted a correction. However, I don't think the closed record below their names is Victor. Looking at the image, I think the closed record is someone in a different household. The Marigolds are household 170, and the people below them are household 172. The bottom of a figure 7 just shows on the closed record's line, in the household number column - so that person would be household 171. Perhaps Victor had been evacuated.

	He had a sister who was probably also evacuated.
