Frances S Memory married George Bulley Memory, age about 50, in the USA between 1940 and 1942.
Cannot find any marriage record even after searching many US records. They lived and died in Rome, Oneida County, NY State. Prior to the marriage Frances lived in Utica, NY State.

Can anyone advise how to to find their marriage record please?

Family rumour has it that Frances was married before with children. So, am trying to establish the maiden or previous name of Frances to take the research further. If anyone can advise on this it would be appreciated.

Strange that he received US draft papers at age 50 so will have to establish if he did military service.
Always wondered if he remarried - seems he was married and had three children in the UK, Carole's father being one of them, before emigrating. Task now is to find more about Mrs Francis S Memory and any relatives.
