In my case it seems like they HAVE solved it! I just looked in my tree for my Great Uncle, and he is shown with his first and second wives. When I clicked on his second wife previously she was isolated. Now, the tree recognises her and shows her first husband and Great Uncle George too. The loop is thus closed correctly. |

I have a similar situation where my great uncle, whose wife dumped him in the First World war (the shameless wench) and he subsequently married the widow of his sisters brother in law. |

Hi folks! I've just found out that we have cousins who married. I didn't really want to have a duplicate record in the family tree but I can't see any way to factor in this woman who appears in two places on my tree. It's a woman called Marion who was the daughter of my great-great-great grandparents so she already popped up there. Latterly I found out she was also the first wife of a great-great uncle following a maternal line. |
