Can anyone tell me how to look up Scottish Birth, Marriage and Death records. When I do google search it points me back to Genes Reunited but I can't find them :-( |

You need the Scotlandspeople website for Scottish records. It is a pay per view website. |

Best value of all is a visit to the Scotlands People centre, Register house, Princes St. Edinburgh. for 15 pounds you get access to the online resources for BMD's. Copies (paper or to memory stick) cost one pound. Opening is from 9 am to 4.30 PM. You can do an awul lot once you know the drill and the supervisors are very helpful. |
