Is there anyone who knows anything about a man named ? Ackee Shackleton who once lived in Southampton during 1940's. Possbly from Deep South America or the Caribbean. He or a friend of his may have been known as O'Connor. Other possibilities is that he or they came over to England at the time to study at ? Gregs College in Southampton during 1940's likely to be just after WW2. :-S |

Thanks Patchem for useful info, I know Greggs was a college in the 40's. I'll do some more digging. |

There was a Gregg College in Southampton @ Grosvenor Square, Southampton SO15 2BE. It became a British Listed Building in 1954 so assume the building is still there. Cannot find any info about the school though. |
