I have looked on freebmd under shaw and bingham for 1955 to find out if my dad had a child to joan w Crichton they married the same year in barkston ash can anyone help cause it comes back no record only bingham in 1956 but mothers surname moon.

I suggested on the previous page that her surname had been slightly altered from Crichton, to find the birth.

There is a birth in 1934 for a female called Joan W Crichton registered in driffield and a GR member called Michele has her in there tree, use the search trees and send them a message to see if their is a connection but bear in mind Michele may not be an active member anymore

I no they had six children Gideon jnr being my granddad he married in 1913 to florrie Meredith on marriage certificate states gidson and they had a daughter vera in 1914 how can I find out if they had other children and who she married ?
