Thank you everyone. I have now made contact with the tree owner on Ancestry. He is a relative and has sent me copies of the 2 certs in question - first one did have an error. He has also sent me some other amazing information. Very grateful for all your help.

Researching:
Hill, Jewell - Cornwall. Langley-Shropshire,Cole, Neate -Wiltshire,Lott, Ewell- Kent.Punter, Gadd, Wapshott, White, Weston - Surrey. To say nothing of the other half's family!
