For future reference, to answer your initial question of how to etc., we first need to find the following info from GB's poat:
Registration district: Pontypridd
Registration District Number: 589

So go to http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/advanced-search
and look up, say, Wattstown within ref rg14 (i.e., the ref for the 1911 census forms)
There are no hits, so try Rhondda instead of Wattstown.

Now there's a whole mess of hits like:

Reference: RG 14/32401
Description:
Registration Sub-District: Rhondda
Civil Parish, Township or Place:
Rhondda (part)
RD 589 RS 4 ED 73

with the context in the footer showing:
