If the photo posted above is the shop you are trying to find the where abouts of, then it is definitely 113 High Street, Kings Lynn,

Although I don't see many references to the King's Lynn Salter & Salter shop, there are a few references to the shop next door; Adcock & Son was a small tobacco and cigarette manufacturer based in Norwich. They had two branches, one in Norwich and the other at 112 High Street, King's Lynn.

"SALTER & SALTER

This business was founded ninety years ago at Pudsey by Robert SALTER.
The firm was, until 1885, known as Scales & Salter, and afterwards
carried on at Allan Brigg Mill, on the Bramley-Pudsey boundary, by
Joseph Salter, under the title of Salter & Salter. Joseph Salter died
in 1897, since when the firm has been carried on by a Company.

Messrs. Salter & Salter, Ltd., were tanners, curriers, and boot
manufacturers, the premises being one of the leading shoe manufactories
in the North of England. Thousands of pairs of boots and shoes of every
description were made and afterwards stored in the large shoe warehouse.

The firm had also a large retail connection, having a chain of shops, 64
in number, throughout the North of England and the Midlands.

In 1903 Messrs. Blakey & Glover occupied the section of the building
devoted to the leather industry, and made uppers for heavy boots until
the year 1923.

Messrs. Salter & Salter no longer make boots and shoes, the firm being
factors at the present time, but 20 branch shops are still retained."
