The one's I have which are around the 1890's say in the occupation column "son of"or "daughter of" and then the father's name but the mother is not mentioned. |

Thank you all very much. The family in question come from a small village where people are all inter-related. There are several men with the same name as the father, but not so many couples with the same mother's name as well. |
