I only see William at 42 Johnson Street until 1926 on the electoral registers

The list of public an s says William Crane 1921 then William Workman and another person 1934.

That is why I am not sure about the 1927 death

Where did you get the death information from? If he was born in 1874 I don't see his death in 1965

Strange about his death...if he died in 1965 I was alive then and his son had already died?!

There are conflicting reports on the internet. Some say the building was knocked down in 2003 and others say it was closed down in 2003. I think there may be more than one Paviour's Arms in London, so not sure the reports are all talking about the same building.
