I tracked this family back for Lisa by PM ages ago and sent pages of information, unfortunately not reflected well in her online tree.
But no, I wasn't able to determine Matilda's place of birth, nor to go back with any certainty from Matilda's husband John Disley (Disley, Dizley, Dishley, Disby).
Lisa's Grandfather James Disley b 1897 was baptised by his Mother Alice, no Father mentioned and GRO has births for him and brother George Wm 1894 as Disley no mmn. Father may have been an Edward Waddington (he and Alice eventually married 1906), but he himself looks to have been a 'colourful' person.
Alice Wallworth married Robert Disley 1875, but the records show he wasn't the Father. Alice appears to have had a complicated life.
Robert's parents were John Disley and Matilda McMinn who married 1844, so not actually related to Lisa.
I found McMinn spelt McMain, McMiin, McMines, McMeaon, McMahon, MacMin, MacMinn, Mackmann, Mane down the years in various records.
Matilda's place of birth varies Scotland, Ireland, Ince in Lancs, Sister Mary (now Walmsley) born Scotland as per 1841/51 Brother Robert born and baptised Lancs. Father Robert Ireland 1841 and 51, Lancs 1861
Father - Robert McMinn (various spellings) first married a Mary who died 1830 and then Martha Green whose daughter Alice married Robert Disley - John's brother.
Sister Mary married Thomas Walmsley and has siblings Matilda and Robert with her 1841 in Burnley.
Census appear to show the inter-relation between these various relatives
