Plaintiff - Lt Col. Francis J Ashburner executor of his Mother Annie's will dated last November v half brother Mr Charles E Ashburner seeking to recover sums of money amounting to over £10,000. Money claimed under various covenants in several deeds dates 1867/68/69 as money paid by the Testatrix for the Defendant etc. ...
The Father of both Plaintiff and Defendant died in 1862, leaving his property which was principally in Tasmania to his wife and children
