Sally, it's a long time since I've had a black pudding .Coming from that part of Lancashire (I worked in Middleton, but often travelled to Bury and Blackburn) I used to enjoy them.

(I love two piece of toast with butter - 3 slices of crispy bacon & a soft fried egg as a sandwich)
