	too hot for walking 36c yesterday, 38c today. Went to my daughter's yesterday where we also caught up with my son. We exchanged the rest of the presents which were not distributed on Christmas day, and OH was gobsmacked! The kids had pooled together and bought her a lap-top. Now I'll have to update my modem and go for a wireless one so that both computers can share the service Tangerines

	Hubby's laptop screen went a bit iffy ,so he bought an exact laptop from ebay for spares to repair his screen. He got his sorted with this 2nd hand 'spare' but the dimwit had left all his details on his hard drive , loads of photos.. unbelievable ! Hubby's OK with the wireless just yet, but any-more and he'll have to change ours, my new phone can connect to the net..I haven't bothered but if I did he'd probably have to upgrade ,cos the adult children are all on it too ! Hope wifey is pleased with her laptop Allan :) Oh for it to be too hot for walking ! It would be great if we could swop a bit ;-) Veronese Wine

	Hope it's a bit cooler for you today, Allan - that would be a killer for me. I just wish our weather would be a bit more seasonal instead of mild and wet. Let it snow! Candied peel

	Hello all Temp yesterday did not hit 38, but was 35.7C. Even now (at (4.45 am) it is still 23c. Very hot weather forecast to continue until New Year :-\| Eccles cakes

	Horseradish sauce No white stuff please Geordie happy with the mild weather - life on too many hills for all the ice these days its nice to see the town in the snow as long as I dont have to go back & fro in it I agree with Sandie would love some of the heat

	You are all welcome to the heat. It's great for a couple of days, but when it drags on.... :-( And now the consequences...thunderstorms are forecast :-\| Ice cubes......Please!!!!!
