still getting no-where, I am presuming Robert did not know his father as there is not one on his marriage cetificate, just a line through, so am looking for an illegitimate Robert!! have got in touch with Croydon archives to see if he was on the electoral rolls, as this is his last known address in 1921-1931 to see when he disappeared, awaiting a reply!! have tried the schools on line in the area for the first 2 children who were born 1911 and 1913, but no luck. looks as though I will have to wait for the 1921 census to appear in 2022!! |
