Just dashing in and out quickly- Joodles - Oh you poor possum. I have been worried about you because you have been so quiet. Now, take care, do everything the nurses tell you and I hope you're under a good doctor....... Hi Rebs - Lemon has been asking after you. We are all missing you so don't be a stranger. Lovely to see you back Mary - glad you had such a nice break with your uncle. Hi Pam - do drop in and say hello to us and we will be very nice to you for at least 5 minutes and then we'll start rubbishing you like we do to everyone else! Did somebody say the Queenslanders are the battiest? Not true, not true, not true. Very decorous ladies I'll have you know - isn't that correct Trifley, Rebs, SuzyQ, Candy Leatherthong, Jill Jill and anyone else who claims to be a banana bender! So I am asking you all to gang up on her with me, I dont want her taking two steps forward and three back . . . . I admire your independance Joodles, but boy you sure share the family genes of stubborness luv Laurie

Morning everyone, Hi Julie Cat - any rain you don't want will be greatly appreciated somewhere in Oz - very dry here again and desperately needed by our farmers. Joodles - now listen here girl - your social life has to take a back seat until you are 100% again - so when Laurie wants to play nursemaid you let her - never knock back a bit of TLC and enjoy being fussed over. Big healing hug ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) coming your way. Hope you're back on your lappy asap - cos you're missed. Work day today so gotta go and get ready. Catch up this arvo, have a great day and hope we are all getting some decent rain luv Gwenda

I am 94 yrs old and live at the Local Community Home for the Aged.My family has long since passed away and I rarely have visitors. As a result i have very limited contact with the outside world. This makes your gift especially welcome. My roomate Maggie Cook has had her own radio for as long as I have know her. She listens to it all the time, though usually with an earplug or the volume turned down so low that I cant hear it. For some reason, she has never wanted to share it, last Sunday while listening to her gospel programs, she accidentally knocked it over and it smashed into pieces and caused her to cry. It was so sad. Fortunately, I had my new radio, Knowing this Maggie asked if she could listen to mine. I told her to F**K Off God Bless You, Sincerely --Edna Johnson Bye Bye Shaz

Good morning Wattlers, Are u your online Joodles ??? - hope your feeling less like a bus hit you and more like your old self! The lovely Ray has been fed and watered, lunch box packed and check listed out the front door! A lovely sunrise this morning over Botany Bay - we have some high dark clouds, some fluffy white stuff on the horizon with a small strip of blue in between - so the sun rising with all that going on was startling! Just two giraffes with their heads up high - Ray pointed out that they are the maroon ones . . . . . I didn't have the heart to tell him there is a difference between maroon and red !! Poor man never gives up - since we have been here in Sydney, he has decked his office out with his maroon jumper, streamers etc. for State of Origin football, only to go into the office next day and find dirty blue sox etc everywhere. He had ordered two tickets for the game tonight, but they never arrived - had to have them reissued yesterday! (Hopefully friends he invited to go has speedy recovery today from sniffles and I dont get dragged along). I received miles of info from GR member last night on my BIL's Forsyth line - one of their contacts have it way back to an Odin Forsite in the 300's . . . mind blowing - I'm wondering how much of it is verified !! I'm playing ladies today . . . . ironing ladies - yuk - no matter how you try and dress it up it is still the worst job on the planet. Hope you all have a lovely day, catch up later cheers (waving maroon streamers just for Ray) luv Laurie

Morning all :) Shazz, I have my priorities right. The TV is in the loungeroom - COLD and my computer is in the family room next to the fire :)))))) Both the cat and dog are lying in front of the fire at the moment. It's a gray morning here but I do love the seasons. Everything in its turn. I am actually quite apprehensive about this trip. It is always 'fun' to travel with my Korean friends - I don't understand Korean and their English is very limited! makes for some very interesting scenarios I can tell you and I get very lonesome for an Aussie voice! So anyone who want's to accompany me ............................. you're welcome :) Much prefer travelling with hubby but he can't come. (actually he hates plane travel). have an unexpected home day today so going to make the most of it :) ~~~~~~~~~~~to all, especially to Jood, blessings and hugs, Vonny

Morning Wafflers It's a beeeewdiful autumn day here on the Gold Coast Blue sky, the sun is shining and the air is crisp. The gods are in their heavens and all is right with the world. The gutter guard went in and Graeme didn't fall off the roof, it was only the broom he was using to sweep out the gutters. Mark has changed some of the water in the fish tank and the little fellows seem happy now they can see where they are going (lol). Doesn't it make you feel good when you can tick off some of these small jobs? JOODLES....yooo....hooo....can you hear me? You must do as Laurie says and go to her place. Never let the opportunity to get pampered go by. A chance you miss is a chance you're never going to get! Big <<<<hugs>>>> and kisses from Nefer and the boys. Hi Cat, how ya going? Saw a news report about the Chelsea Flower show last night. I'd love to see that. Have you ever been there? Thanks for looking on Amazon for me. We have quite a few of Christian Jacq's books He seems popular so I don't think we will have too much trouble getting books 2, 3 & 4 of this series. Hi Shaz....we live 5 mins from Robina at a place called Mudgeeraba. How long are you staying? Perhaps we could get together for coffee at Robina Town centre. Must toodle. Mark is giving blood today and I'm going to drive him. He has a naturaly low BP and sometimes feels a little dizzy after he donates. 'Byeee ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~waves as she hunts son out from under bed. But they are only open for lunch from 11.30 - 2.30, then dinner from 5.30. We need a place to park our entourage in between. Surely they must have bars or lounges ? any ideas.....please, anyone !!! And news on Joodle Bella? Sent her a card yesterday, but she may not be able to collect it if she has no net access. Must keep moving, shopping trip with the girl beckons. toodaloo!!!
