Morning (I think) Folk!! LewLew, Stop Pouting *saying that a lot this morning* Even a virgin has to realise lotto is rarely an orgasmic experience. lol!!! Gosh, I am so tired and sore. Spent all day, ~apart from the cooking diversion~at the puter, until after midnight. Feeling a bit brain dead today, and neck and shoulders are a bit stiff. Yesterday I did a general search of an unusual name from my tree on Tribalpages looking for a link to someones tree I had lost, and came up with a new hit. This woman has a line of my tree in hers, and had most of the names I had and more besides. I wasn't able to go back any more generations, but I was able to fill in a lot of aunts and uncles and their families of my direct stepping stones. Best thing is, she has made references to certs all through her notes, so I'm guessing most of it has been checked. Although I've made notes that info is TBC where I'm not sure. After I finished with that tree, I went into the one I was originally looking for and decided to click on a link she had added to her homepage I hadn't seen before. What a gem.......took me into a parish record database for Cheshire, and I found heaps. Including the marriage for my gg grandparents. It had full names and ages, occupation of groom, which I hadn't known. Names of witnessess, and even better, the names and occupations of both the bride and grooms fathers. I was then able to find the marriage of my gg grandfathers parents, so now I have another set of grandparents on my mothers side. I'm so excited!! It's great when you have a productive day. Anna, some peeps are staying overnight, so a tour of the galleries and/or museum might be possible. Off to find more coffee.............and some matchsticks. Have a great day folk. love Rebs xxx

Quiet on here this morning.......has everyone gone to their Sunday place of worship? Pub, football game, restaurant, markets................ Here you go Mary, your daily fix. But be warned.....R rated. Cat Stutter A little kid is sitting in biology class, and the teacher says that an interesting phenomenon in nature is that only humans stutter, no other animal in the world does this. Suddenly, the little boy's hand shoots up. 'Not correct, Miss!' he says. 'Please explain, Peter,' replies the teacher. 'Well, Miss, just the other day I was playing with my cat on the verandah, the neighbour's Rottweiler came around the corner, and my cat arched his back and went 'ffffffffffffff! fffffffffffffff! ffffffffffffff!' ............... but before the cat could say 'F#?k Off!!! the dog ate him'.

Do you lot have to talk so loud? For some of you...as far as my singing goes...................... it doesn't go far enough. I'll have you know I was always picked for the school choir. The nuns had taste, they could pick talent! And I'll have you know..........I sound better drunk than I do sober! So there! Arvo Wattlers. I had a lovely sleep in this morning.......9am....my goodness half the day was gone! I woke up poor AGAIN! Oh well better luck next week. Anna....cleaning a house for the off spring. I have done that every time Mark moved. And at that stage we lived in another state! Have fun friend...I will be thinking of you. Lew Lew....You can never trust a virgin to get it right the first time so don't worry. Do you have enough tissues? Rebs....reverse grid also means Russell Ingall will be at the back! Bugger. Still should be quite a tussel between him & Skaife. Go Russell!!! A big ~~~~~~wave and hugs to all the rest of you Wonderful Wafflers. I'm heading off for more coffee and a glance at the paper. See you all later love Trifley (wanders off singing 'How dry I am')

Trifely........I know, great ain't it. Can't stand Skaife or Ingall. Mind you, I don't where Lowndes came in the last race, so he could well be back there with them. Only problem with Lowndes is he became a Ford driver. I know the comp is still very much a Holden v's Ford mentality, but with all the driver/team changes I think the comp is evolving into a driver fan base as opposed to teams. Just as well, I grew up a Holden girl. lol!! And for the record, I didn't complain about you're singing. I simply retired from the site for the night instead. Besides, my daughter had 6 years of classical training, so I appreciate 'good' singing. Off for more coffee myself, cheers Hon. x Here's the addy for the Cheshire Parish Records site I stumbled on. Brilliant now, and will be even better when it is completed. http://www(.)csc.liv.ac.uk/~cprdb/

Good Afternoon Wattlers, No new car this week, never mind we now have another week to look forward to. I have been a very busy girl with the 1841 census, but unfortunately there isn't much information on it. I now have another dillema. Is there any one out there who has a really good filing system. I thought it might be a good idea to do some filing etc, I have even bought different coloured files, but I would like to know the best way to sort all the paper work. Seperate the families etc. All suggestions will be considered, except the one for filing in the waste bin. Some one mentioned Skype. I have used it to talk to my cousin, but because of the time difference it is hard to know when we are both on together. Tony, my cousin, rings me all the time using Skype though. He lodged some money with skype and he them call from his computer to my land line phone. Works out very cheap, he even calls my brother on his mobile. Tony's son and daughter live in Australia, and he has saved himself a fortune in calls. Not much news to tell you, the weather is getting cooler and the nights cooler still. Back to the filing Love SuzyQ

Hi All Rebs you are probably like me watching V8's this afternoon. Dont know if I like this reverse grid, as all the good drivers have to get past all the not so good drivers, a recipe for accident to happen as it did. At least Lowndes got through without any dramas. I am and have always been Ford, I guess some might follow the drivers but I dont. It has taken me ever since Lowndes has came over to Ford from Holden to actually go for him, this is the first year I have. Last year I followed Marcos Ambrose as he was originally a Tassie boy, now he's gone Lowndes was the obvious choice. Cheers Sue

Hiya Dev, not watching the race. The man is watching a dvd ot 3, so I'm on the 'puter again. Guess I'll see the results on the news??? Rudes, thanks for that link. I'll take a look when I've finished with the Cheshire site. It's like having a new toy. lol!!!! Did anyone get the email from Lara about the nursery selling fresh cut penis? Wonder if they're the newly released ones from the dinosaur era? Woolamoo penis? pmsl. Guess someone climbed up to the board and swapped a couple of letters around. It's one of those adds you should send to Rove. Still having a chuckle over it. Cheers babes, love Rebs xxx

Hi Wafflers Isn't V8 exciting? Smash, bang, tingle and a wham, bam, thank you to the reverse grid. Everything's ok 'cause Russell stayed clear. I can only hear what is happening in this part of the race 'cause I wet mopped the floors and mopped myself into the computer room. Can't even get to the coffee machine 'til the floors dry. I'll have to plan that better next time. Can't even get on the royal barge from here. Lew Lew....what is garlic mayo like? Sounds yummy. Onion jam? Wouldn't like it on MY toast of a morning but to each his own. Hugs Trifley

Hiya folk, Welcome back Sandra, hope all's well with you now. Good to hear your computer is feeling better as well, I lost the use of mine over Easter, and it drove me nuts. Didn't get to see any of the races Trifley. Telly was unavailable and I got a bit fed up with being indoors so I ordered some tattie cakes, (Rudes fault....again) walked across the park and parked my butt on the rock wall and munched away while I gazed out across the bay, day dreaming for an hour. Very peaceful, and far enough away from the playground area to stay that way. Trouble is though, daughter just phoned up and asked if we could have fish'n chips for dinner. I'm sure my heart and arteries will thank me for the cholesterol. lol!!! Back to the grindstone in the form of marriage indexes. Cheers everyone, love Rebs x

Hi all, Good to see you back Sandra - take care of yourself and the puta. Lew - 3 numbers was better than none - so head up, tissues away and better luck next time. Joodles - hope you've had a good weekend - weather was speccy - once the morning warmed up - lol On holidays - again - yaaaayyy. Filing tips - to the left of the puta, on top of the printer, on the dining table, on the floor, in a portafile and on the card table. Then there are the files that actually do have stuff in them but never the important bits. If anyone is actually organised I would really like to know their system - pmsl Better go ring my Mum - let her know we are alive and make sure she is. Catch y'all during the week, Gwenda
