Oh dear I have dined and had a small sherry so I thought I would call in here and say good evening to you dear ladies. Everyone seems over excited - I am quite confused with all this talk of numbers and white knights and polly waffles and some debauched gathering where innebriated people are in attendance. And I thought someone made reference to that vile game of thuggery - fooball!! Oh my goodness - I really must leave and have another sherry to settle my nerves. This has all been too much for me. Morning FH & NPR looks like there's only us left.....was it something we said? I was going to work in the garden but its raining so next best thing, clean out the wardrobe but hubby is staying home so that isn't a good idea...guess I'm stuck with the ironing. Hi Sandra Im in Melbourne, we have a continuous light rain that will be really good for the garden but I was hopeing it would hold off for a couple of hours. My other big plan for today was clean out the wardrobe but hubby is home so thats not a good idea.....dont like him to see how much I give away...not that he cares particularly but I feel guilty...lol

MORNING FOLK!!! HOPE THE Y'WONGA LOT AREN'T FEELING TOO POORLY THIS MORNING!!! I'm a bit of a late starter this morning, seems everyone has gone off to beddy byes. The boards have come to an almost complete standstill. So what are we doing with our big winnings? Put in trust until the next jackpot draw and buy some extra tickets then? I'm looking for excuses to stay on here at the moment. Went to the fridge for a drink of milk in the middle of the night, and something is not right in my firdge. I think it needs sorting. Morning Jude, sorry about the fridge, but everytime I open the door I get a whiff of something???? Makes is hard to forget. Lord knows what's lurking in the bottom of the damn thing shoved right to the back and long forgotten...........till now!!! Pool? Not if they had any sense they wouldn't. Too bloody cold my half.

Why is it nobody else notices strange smells, or odd socks, ordirty windows etc

My OH does. Whenever I have the occassional lapse in housewifely duties, He points out the cupboard is a mess, or such and such needs doing. Yet when the bathroom scum is non-existant, and the countless double glass doors are so smudgeproof they're dangerous, laundry is washed, folded and put away before he gets home, he asks what I've been doing all day. Funny how they never realise what you do around the house until it hasn't been done. :-((
