Happy Easter to all the Wonderful Wattlers First off............NOT FAIR!.........I wanna grandchild!! (stamps foot). It is lovely to hear about the new born bubs but it makes me clucky for one. Ruby.......what a lovely name. Think of all the pressies you could give her.........pendants, ear rings, bracelets, rings .......ahhhh you can see I like bling! Lucas..........such a strong manly name. Thank god they didn't call him Moses like Gwynnth Paltrow did! The closest new bub I have is in Jericho central Qld. Too far to go for a quick cuddle. I went shopping for her the other day and could have gone crazy with all the lovely things there were to buy. Joodles....glad to hear about your new grandson but so sorry your daughter had a hard time. Happy and healing thoughts speading their way to her. Anna.......hope your son & family get a nice rental property. Are they looking in any particular suburb? Lara (she without a convict) we have a saying in my family.........'If you get good service....tell everybody. If you get bad service...... tell EVERYBODY!' I hope your daughter's house is fixed soon. Laurie....your descriptions of Botany Bay are so good I can almost see it. Have a safe drive tomorrow. Have you ever been to Mt. Victoria in the beewwdiful Blue Mountains? You could wave to Joodles on the way through. To all the rest of my cyber friends........a happy and safe Easter for you and your kin. I'm heading off to make a cup of coffee and settle in with a new book I found yesterday. What a hardship! Big <<<hugs>>> and ~~~~~a regal wave to you all. love Trifley Queen of the Nile.

Hi Happy wattlers, We spent an hour in the garden this morning before the sun got too hot, but it has turned out to be a lovely afternoon with a fair bit of cloud about. Just enough to cool things down a bit. Late morning one of Neville's friends turned up to help him fix his organ, ( no rude replies please ). I am now being seranaded. I am pleased that his pal came as he is very down in the dumps. He does suffer with depression, and recently decided he wanted to come of the tablets. I think he should go back on them but he doesn't want to. He says that they dull his brain, if he wasn't already depressed I could come up with lots of replies, but if you have ever known some one who suffers, you do learn to keep your mouth tightly closed. Congratulations on the new grand children, such lovely names Ruby and Lucas. I know a girl who was going to call her baby Heide Claire but quickly changed her mind, after saying them togther quickly. Aren't kids great and so innocent. How did you managed to stop your self from laughing Laurie without having a Tena moment. Lara, your dial up couldn't possibly be slower than mine. I tried today to download a card from Laurie and it still hadn't appeared after 45 mins. I will save it for when I get broadband. Talking Broadband, about how much do you all use a month. I am told that I will use a lot more. At the moment I only use about 200BM and the deal I have for Broadband is 500BM.. Will this be enough. I only every use it in the afternoons and occasional evenings to chat with overseas family. Tony, the painting are lovely, do you do flowers. I love paintings of flowers. Mary, I hope your withdrawal is not too bad. At least when you go away in future you will have the luxury of some one else making the bed and the meals. Well, have a great holiday every one Love for now SuzyQ

Evening all - well its nearly that way ................ 5:37pm and although its light outside, I cant hardly see the keyboard in here ! Tony - you amaze me ............... you are sooo talented. I love your pics as they are of the outback - or of bushland, which I love. Wish I could see them all. Trifley - Jann had a worse time than I thought - she was in the critical section. It seems when the Anaethetist gave her the epidural, he told her she would be numb from the waist down - but it didnt happen, she went numb upwards, and could hardly talk to tell them about it - fortunately a nurse understood her. Thats when she went out to it. No wonder she had an epileptic fit. They didnt release her till this morning, where she is now enjoying her babe. He really is a pet, sooo beautiful. So compact and tiny - with long fingers, and a beautiful mouth. Better get down to earth again, hadnt I ,,,, lol ................. Actually I'm feeling a bit peckish at the moment, will go downstairs and see what I can find to eat. Jood

Evening folks Hi Jood, reason you couldnt find the thread is that someone had it removed, Fred posted another saying OK who had me deleted and apparently that got a little heated also and it was removed, I only posted a reply because I get sick and tired of miss do gooders on line but after a while I went in and deleted my own replies couldnt be bother wasting any more time with them Ah Mary who said anything about giving the kids chockies, Im keeping them all for myself Darcy already calls me fat so I might as well hog the lot hehe Vonny, No I dont think Fred meant to annoy anybody either but some people are not happy unless they upset other peeps, surely must lead a very dull life if all they do is surf and whinge about what is written on here, anyway its been deleted now so she achieved what she set out to do, as for the g/kids, OH is already having a spiffy fit and has started on them already, dont do this, dont do that, no wonder they dont like being here, especially Darcy, when he knows hes coming down to stay he starts, Im not staying down there it sucks, cheeky little beggar haha Laurie that was really funny, poor mum though, seems to have taken it in her stride, she sounds as if she is used to it, as for that thread, I dont usually reply or take notice of them its just that Freds thread caught my eye while flicking thru and I actually only did post it for a laugh but it got out of hand, but I still finished reading some of the replys only because I thought how childish some of them became and I was sitting here laughing at them in the end, as for the 95yr old I wish you had of written in saying that, it would really have made for an interesting evening lol Gwenda you really didnt miss much, but I just couldnt help myself and had to add a few lines I get fed up with people whinging and whining but still go on to read what has been written, some people need to just get down off their soapboxes and actually get a life, ah to be 23 again, wish I knew then what I know now, well somethings anyway thats all for now folks, Im off to do do the bunny deed as I cant wait until easter night, Im worse than the kids Here comes Shazzy cotton tail hopping down the bunny trail hippety hoppety (in my case clompitty clompitty) happy easter day Night All Shaz I think somebody is trying to tell me something, since upgrading to word 2003 I keep getting ads for Viagra wish I could stop the blessed things coming through starting to annoy me, Viagra, Viagra, is that how you spell it Laurie lol

Morning Wafflers! A beautiful day in glorious Mudgee, altough a little cool and breezy at the moment. Hubby is out planting another 25 olive trees, which brings our total to about 220, so should get a good crop next year. Your paintings are great, Tony. Wish we still had our art gallery! We used to have one in an old butcher shop and we called it 'The Butcher's Hook'. It was great fun and the Mudgee region is full of wonderful artists. We're into the contemporary stuff which is really only like by about 1% of the population, but that's us - different, lol ! Cleaned the new house yesterday - what a pleasure! I know, h***ew**k, but it's different when it's new. Having some dear friends popping over for dinner tonight. He's an architect, so can't wait to see what he thinks of our 'tin shed'. Although they live in Sydney, they also own a vineyard here in Mudgee and make some fantastic shiraz. Yummy Have visited Chester cat yesterday afternoon and Hubby has planted a beautiful Leylandii pine for him. It's a Caswellian Gold, but I'm going to call it a Chester Gold! For all those praying for rain, may you be drenched. For those you are drenched, may the sun shine upon you. Off to visit Miss Ruby this afternoon and you're right Trifely, I'm going to shower that bub with bling! Love to you all Lew Lew xxx

Good morning all. Lew Lew - My great grandfather was sponsored by the South Australian Govt. to come to Australia (he was a nurseryman). His last job before he died was as a Ranger in the Mt Brown Forest Reserve, out of Quorn, South Australia. He was instrumental in planting numerous Olive Trees in the late 1880's. I visited there about 115 years later, and the mighty trees are still standing.................... <Just a bit of trivia> ............To this day I dont know why I didnt take a picture of them :-(( That is sad about the Guth Studios, Gwenda. Would love to find out what happened. Shazz, your Darcy sounds like a lively scamp lol - How are you both bearing up with the onslaught of grandkids? Tony - tonight's the night ........ you can start getting excited all over again! Have a nice day all. Jood
