Allan They were made by Jacobs thats right.
We have a UK shop and I have tried them since but somehow the things you remember are never as nice as they used to be. I think they must change the recipe.
Do you remember Wagon Wheels?. They were about 3 inches across with lots of marshmallow inside and chocolate coated Now they are the size of other biscuits and taste like cardboard Y uk

Hello all, and thanks for your good wishes. I'm slowly recovering.

Quinsgran, I remember buying Wagon Wheels in the school tuck-shop. They seemed massive! Alas, last time I saw them they had shrunk tremendously :-(

Tabitha, it was with the Aussie flu in mind that Rolf Harris recorded 'Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport' and remember what happened to the poor old Australian Stockman in that song ;-)
