Hello all.

Sandie, vet could not see any scratches on the cornea. Drops to be used over next few days. The problem is that recently daughter's partner brought a puppy into the household and it is rather boisterous (a Jack Russel Terrier) and the cat and dog fight like, well, cat and dog. The cat had been raised with dogs and although he 'walks away from these encounters the pup still chases him. We think that the pup make have poked him in the eye, as it were :-)

Well Allan Jack Russells can be little terrors,sometimes worse than larger dogs ;
Glad the cat's eye isn't scarred. Usually it's the dog that comes off worse in a scrap , the cat must be mild tempered having been raised with dogs.
Perhaps he may turn like the proverbial worm on this pup, having to have drops in his eyes and knowing who is responsible for it. Pup will back off then.!

Iced slice.

Smiley has lost his Santa's hat at last :-)

lol Sandie, the cat is twice the size of the pup. It was funny seeing him try to integrate with our two cats (which are also ex-daughter's)
