Don't do metric too well Allan, but that sounds like a lot of rain :-(

I love Roast beef and Yorkies,but we don't have it too often ..dau doesn't like it !
We always have it when she's away for the weekend :-D

lol Sandie 100mm = 4 inches. The last few years have actually been very dry. Historically the south west of WA used to receive about 40 inches of rain (1000mm) annually.

It sounds and is stupid ( cos I know that 10cm=100mm) but whilst I can fairly quickly convert cm to inches....mm and me don't get on..Dumb or what?

lol Sandie. My wife still can't get to grips with metric after 30 years here. She does a lot of sewing so knows centimetres but can't convert into mm's or inches.

I've been fortunate that with my job I've had to work with all types of measures, both metric and Imperial as most of the old land plans are still in Imperial: chains, furlongs, roods and perches etc.
